















Maison G.H. Mumm Grand cru RSRV — Popup Store in Paris
Like a bulle de champagne, HAPPY FEW STUDIO was entrusted with the creation of a pop-up store for the prestigious Maison G.H. Mumm.
RSRV, the private cellar of Maison Mumm, offers exceptional, limited-edition cuvées to insiders and friends of the House. Located in the heart of Paris's Marais district, the space was designed as an art gallery. Collaborating with a sculptor, four unique columns were created to showcase each wine, with scenography emphasizing the distinct character and story of each cuvée. A massive black wood cellar was constructed as the centerpiece of the showroom (fun fact: this piece now resides at the Maison G.H. Mumm in Reims). To inspire visitors, various recipes were provided to suggest creative pairing ideas. On a separate floor, two exclusive rooms were designed for private tastings and pairings, offering an intimate and sophisticated experience for wine lovers.
ABOUT RSRV — Since its beginnings, Maison Mumm has held the secret of its private cuvées. The legendary Mumm de Cramant, already in the 19th century, and later the iconic Mumm Blanc de Blancs, have always been reserved for the House’s close circle. Today, the Maison continues this tradition of exclusivity with RSRV, a collection of four exceptional cuvées for connoisseurs. In the 1960s, serving Mumm Blanc de Blancs at one’s table was a rare privilege. From the Palais de l'Élysée to the Cannes Film Festival, this cuvée garnered enthusiasm from experts and wine lovers worldwide, who praised its remarkable character. Times have changed, and the bold Maison Mumm has successfully revived the spirit of these secret cuvées. With RSRV—a coded name, pronounced "Réservé" or "Reserved" depending on where you are in the world—Maison Mumm invites connoisseurs to discover not just one, but four unique cuvées: Mumm RSRV Blanc de Blancs, Mumm RSRV Blanc de Noirs, Mumm RSRV Rosé Foujita, and Mumm RSRV Cuvée 4.5.
